I feel it's high time to state this again: When I watch and write about #StarTrek, I do so with an eye on the production point of view. I know that, in universe, we might see a different part of the medical facilities in that one episode (when I want to talk about a redress of the sickbay set). Or a scanner totally might be multifunctional in universe (when in reality a prop quickly needed to be found so anything already there would do). I'm fascinated by how and why things were ingeniously created/modified/re-used for/on the Star Trek shows and films and it gives me immense pleasure trying to figure this out and write about it. I need nobody to tell me to get a life or touch the grass when I'm so happy at what I'm doing. Please understand, respect and maybe enjoy and learn from this! 🖖
